You'll find the warmest climate in Zone 11 in locations like Honolulu, Hawaii, the Florida Keys, and Mazatlan, Mexico. Plants will flourish in this moist, tropical environment. Almost anything grows, so anything goes in this Zone. The minimum temperature usually stays above 40 F (above 4.5 C) so your plants will grow throughout the year. Don't forget to deadhead those flowering plants to encourage non-stop blooms.
